1. OVERVIEW
At Regantis Limited ("we", "us", "our"), we place great importance on transparency regarding the nature of our services and our commitments to our clients. This Refund Policy clearly outlines the terms and conditions for refunds for the services we provide.
By purchasing our services, you declare that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
2. COMPANY FORMATION SERVICES (STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE)
2.1. Policy: Fees paid for all company formation, EIN application, and related initial package services for the United States (USA) or the United Kingdom (UK) are STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE.
2.2. Rationale: The fundamental reason for this policy is that an irreversible process commences, and non-recoverable costs are incurred by us on your behalf, immediately upon payment being made by the Client. These costs include, but are not limited to:
Legal application and registration fees paid to relevant government agencies (e.g., Secretary of State, Companies House).
Annual payments made to Registered Agent or Registered Address service providers.
Administrative and operational costs incurred for managing the process.
In the event that the Client changes their mind, withdraws from the service, or the process fails due to an issue originating from the Client (e.g., providing incorrect information), no refund will be issued.
3. ANNUAL RENEWAL AND SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES
3.1. Policy: Fees paid for Registered Address, Registered Agent, mail forwarding, and other annually renewed subscription services are non-refundable, in whole or in part, once the respective service period has commenced.
3.2. Cancellation Process: If a Client does not wish to continue a subscription service for the next renewal period, they must submit a written cancellation request via email to business@regantisformations.com at least 30 (thirty) days prior to the service renewal date. Fees for services that are automatically renewed due to a failure to provide timely cancellation notice will not be refunded.
4. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
A refund may only be considered under the following exceptional circumstance, at our sole discretion:
In the event of a demonstrable administrative error or gross negligence solely attributable to Regantis Limited, which results in a complete failure to initiate or complete the service.
This exception does not cover failures or delays caused by Third-Party Institutions (governments, banks, etc.), rejections, or failures resulting from incomplete/incorrect information provided by the Client.
5. REFUND REQUEST PROCESS
If you believe your situation falls under the exceptional circumstance described in Article 4, you must send a detailed email explaining the situation to business@regantisformations.com. Our team will review your request and provide a response within 15 business days.
